DBSI, Inc.

Front-End Web Developer (contract)

Type of work: Freelance
Location: Chandler, AZ
Date Posted: February 16th, 2012
Description:

DBSI, Inc. in a nutshell:

For over fourteen years, DBSI Incorporated has committed itself to the delivery of highly efficient, profitable branches with a uniquely smarter experience.

Considering we're a general contractor for banks and credit unions you'd be surprised at the beauty of the architecture in our building. The interior features an "Ideation Center" and "Collaboratory" showcasing the future of financial institutions (it's a really cool and really big showroom).

We also have a couple of projects in the works which will enable our clients to order our products and services online; this is where you come in.

WHAT WE NEED:

A contract front-end developer that can take PSD mockups and create great functioning websites from them using HTML, CSS, jQuery and whatever else you like to work in (besides Flash). If you have good design skills we'll certainly put those to work and of course any experience with mobile and joomla/wordpress is great too.

HOW LONG:

Initial project should be 40 hours a week for 60 days, if you're good there's plenty more behind it and this could very easily turn into a full-time gig if you wanted it to.

The people here are professional but fairly laid-back, if you need a break you can go upstairs and use the golf simulator or take a slide down our fireman's pole (yes, really).

Dress code is business casual.

How to apply:

Please send Info, resume and portfolio links to aguerrero@dbsi-inc.com

Never mind the cover letter - I don't care how well you craft an intro, I just want someone that is good at what they do and takes pride in their work.

Thanks ahead of time!
