Moxie Sozo is seeking a full-time front end developer/web designer to produce web-based solutions for our clients. We are a Boulder-based, hyper-passionate full-service creative advertising agency, and we're looking for the best of the best.

Do you enjoy collaborating with a close-knit group of dedicated developers, designers, and account managers in a fast paced environment? Are you obsessed with every pixel? A stickler for clean code, fast performance, and elegant UI? Do you relish in sharing ideas and leading the way with emerging technologies and trends? You will split your time between wireframing, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance for a slew of exciting digital projects.

Those interested in truly dazzling our collective minds need to present a strong interactive portfolio and hold the following skills:

Essentials:
• Semantic, standardscompliant (X)HTML(5), CSS(3) a d JavaScript/jQuery
• Familiarity with content management systems such as Wordpress and ExpressionEngine
• Cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
• Adobe CS5 Creative Suite with a keen eye for design and an understanding of user experience design
• SEO best practices
• Articulate written & verbal communication skills (you'll have direct contact with clients)
• Strong attention to detail

Brownie points for:
• Mobile (including responsive web design and web applications)
• Git or similar version control tools
• Object-oriented PHP
• Analytics and multivariate or A/B testing
• Experience working in an agency environment
